Whether someone needs preventive care, chronic disease management, pediatric services, mental health support, diagnostic testing or home-based care, our mission is to remove barriers so patients can receive the care they need.
Our Mission
ALMS Community Health Center's mission is to expand access to compassionate, patient-centered healthcare by removing barriers that prevent individuals and families from receiving the care they need.

Through comprehensive primary care, pediatric care, mental health services, chronic disease management, diagnostic services, wound care, telehealth and community-based healthcare solutions, ALMS delivers whole-person care that supports healthier individuals and stronger communities throughout North Texas.
